Terms and Conditions
ROOM RATES ARE:
- per room, per night including VAT at the current rate of
14% and full English breakfast (breakfast is non-refundable)
- subject to change without prior
notice
- quoted in South African Rand (ZAR)
SINGLE OCCUPANCY
Any room type can be booked in single accommodation as
is eligible for a 15% discount off the room rate.
CHILD POLICY
Children up to three years who can
sleep in a cot stay free in the room of their parents.
For children between four and twelve years we are welcome to
prepare a sleeper couch in the family
cottage of their parents for R495.00 per child and night,
including breakfast. The family cottages can accommodate
a maximum of two adults and two children. If children are
staying in their own
bedroom, we have to calculate a full rate.
THIRD PERSON POLICY
A third person can only be accommodated
on a sleeper couch in one of our family cottages,
at a surcharge of R495.00 per person and night (including
breakfast). A family cottage can
accommodate a maximum of three adults.
ARRIVAL/ DEPARTURE
Check in time is from 14h00, and check out time by 11h00
CANCELLATIONS
Within 30 days prior to arrival we charge 25%, within
14 days 50 % and within 7 days or
"
No Show" 100 % of the total accommodation amount.
In the event of a premature departure,
we may charge for the full extent of stay that was booked
and confirmed. Cancellations deemed
valid only if received in writing. Receipt of deposit or
credit card number assumes unconditional
agreement of these terms.
GROUP CANCELLATIONS (from 6 rooms):
Within 90 days prior arrival we charge 25%, within 60
days 50 % and within 30 days or "No Show" 100
% of the total accommodation amount. In the event of premature
departure we may charge for full extent of stay which is
booked and confirmed. Cancellations deemed valid only if
received in writing. Receipt of deposit or credit card
number assumes unconditional agreement of these terms.
